Have been going to Upton Dentist for many years since the practise opened. Excellent treatment especially with Victoria and would like to thank her so much! I have not had a good year with my teeth. Especially under these stressful times of Covid.

I must say, every time I visit Upton Dental I am thoroughly impressed. It is the first dental centre I have not been nervous to visit because of the wonderful, caring staff and the constant high standards. They have done incredibly well remaining open throughout the recent pandemic and since visiting them during this difficult time I can only praise them more for a smooth sailing, calm process with no compromise to their service standards in any regard. If I could give more stars I would.

This dentist has been wonderful over the years I have been going there.However I had an appalling experience when I had a tooth filled and restructured.The dentist Victoria did not take enough care in smoothing the inside of the tooth with the result I got the most horrible mouth ulcer. When I returned she didn't even to check what the problem was. After two weeks of the most awful pain, it was worse than my hip replacement, I went to my GP who told me the rough edge of the tooth was causing the ulcer. The owner of the dental practice Henny was as always very helpful and smoothed the edge of the tooth for me.Victoria didn't seemed to care and certainly didn't apologise for her shoddy work, my advice is to go to the practice but avoid Victoria like the plague!

I have been a patient of this practice for the best part of 25 years. In that time there have been changes ... but definitely for the better. Since John Gordon's retirement, new owner, Hennie van der Merwe, has brought the surgery into the 21st century offering the latest technology with no expense spared. All the staff are friendly, professional and most importantly knowledgeable. I'm completely at ease when I visit, and confident in their diagnoses and treatment when needed. All options are made clear and explained thoroughly which is much appreciated. Every appointment is un-rushed and thorough. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

On arrival was asked to answer questions on paper while sitting in rather pleasant waiting room - overlooking garden outside, light and airy. Then spoke to a dentist about having an implant. Had scan and was shown photo images of inside mouth and was explained possible procedures. Initial consultation was free and was told that quote for my treatment will be ready and posted in 5 days. Overall the staff was professional and pleasant to talk to.

I have just finished a course of treatment that has given me the confidence to smile again. Kasia has replaced my discoloured top front teeth with crowns and veneers, replaced old amalgam fillings and I also had a course of whitening for my bottom teeth. Kasia was very caring, thorough and explained the procedure along the way. I am delighted with the result and would recommend the Upton Dental Practice to anyone.

Been coming to this dental surgery for quite a while now and it is definitely the best I've ever been to. As a young child I use to hate going to the dentist and would end up screaming and refusing to be seen, since coming to Upton dental surgery, I've never felt nervous or scared, I've always been made to feel relaxed and they always explain everything really clearly so that I can understand.
